Josh is a native to the Charlotte area being born and raised in neighboring Harrisburg, NC. He graduated from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte with a B.A. in Political Science, a minor in Economics and completed the University Honors Program. Mr. Costner then obtained his J.D. from the University of North Carolina School of Law and opened Costner Law, PLLC in 2009.
When he’s not working with clients on their next closing, Josh enjoys spending time with his wife, Carmen, sons Rylan and Deacon, and twin daughters Violet and Scarlett. Josh also enjoys playing sports and heading to the beach whenever possible. You’re also likely to see Josh involved in local activities in the Charlotte and Cabarrus communities and in attendance on Sundays at Providence Baptist Church in Harrisburg.

A 2008 UNC-Charlotte Alumni and Political Science major, Lindsay joined The Costner Group team in 2010. Over the years Lindsay has operated in various areas of the Real Estate closing process and enjoys the knowledge that comes with being cross-trained to help new staff members as well as step in as needed.
Currently Lindsay focuses on managing company needs in HR, Payroll, marketing as well as a broad spectrum of daily company business planning and operations as a member of the Executive Staff. Lindsay enjoys planning fun company events, boosting and radiating the Ark Title brand and culture across all markets and helping coach team members.
When not in the office Lindsay lives with her husband (and college sweetheart, thanks UNCC!), Tyler; daughter, Maddie; son, Wyatt and German Shepherd, Odin.

Erika was raised in the Florida sunshine and completed her undergraduate degree at the University of Florida (Go Gators!). Upon graduation, she moved to Nashville, Tennessee where she was a member of the Charter Class at Belmont University College of Law. After graduating in 2014, she became licensed in Tennessee and subsequently became licensed in Florida six months later. Since her final year of law school, she has been working primarily in the areas of real estate law and estate planning. She and her husband moved to Charlotte in 2016 and she is thrilled to continue practicing law with the Costner Group.
When not at Ark Title, she can be found experimenting with new recipes in the kitchen or spending time with her husband (Jason) and son (Wesley).
Danielle Chandler has worked in the real estate industry since 2005 as an agent, a lender, and currently as a Closing Manager for Ark Title Group. Originally from Boone, North Carolina, Danielle now calls Thompsons Station her home. She lives with her husband, who is her high school sweetheart, and 2-year-old on a 40-acre mini farm. Her farms menagerie consists of 3 sheep, 2 donkeys, and countless chickens. When Danielle isn’t dedicating her time and resources to her lenders and agents she enjoys working out/ group fitness classes (being the former 2014 Miss TN Physique). She also enjoys the great outdoors exploring nature with her two-year-old and fishing/ leisurely hanging out on the family boat.
I graduated from Nashville School of Law in 2012 and have practiced in title since 2016. I’ve called Tennessee home for 20 years, but have degrees from Texas Tech (Guns Up!) and Mississippi University for Women. Before law school, I was a stay at home mom to twin sons.
Mardin Dosky earned her undergraduate degree from Belmont University in Nashville, TN and her J.D. from the University of Cincinnati College of Law in Cincinnati, OH. Prior to and during law school, Mardin’s work focused on areas of real estate including financial accounting, contract compliance and commercial contract drafting.
Matt, originally from Augusta, Georgia, joined The Costner Group in May of 2015. He graduated from the University of the South in Sewanee, Tennessee before obtaining his Juris Doctor from The Cumberland School of Law at Samford University in Birmingham, Alabama. Prior to joining The Costner Group, he worked at Shapiro & Ingle with a focus on bankruptcy, foreclosure, and other mortgage default scenarios.
When away from the office, he spends time in Winston-Salem with his wife, Virginia, and enjoys cooking, playing music, and seeking out athletic endeavors in an attempt to offset his other hobbies.

Starting in business to business sales and moving into business development, Aubrey has enjoyed a long career serving in many different roles. From National Account Rep to Managing Real Estate Broker to Partner and Owner of real estate and property management companies, Aubrey has seen the many changes and new trends of the industry. Aubrey is an alumni of Auburn University, and the Harbert College of Business. He specialized in real estate investment properties for years before becoming a Managing Broker in Atlanta. Aubrey later started his own company, listing and selling some of the finest homes in the Atlanta area. Now, after 5 years in Tampa / St. Petersburg, he brings his business building experience to The ARK Title Group and looks forward to the opportunity to continue to grow the company and to serve Tampa Bay homeowners and buyers with a new level of service, communication, knowledge, and integrity.
